Chaplain support is available to individuals, families, and facilities seeking spiritual care, pastoral presence, or faith-based encouragement during times of illness, grief, or transition.

Chaplain requests may be submitted by:
- The individual receiving care
- A family member or legal representative
- Hospice or healthcare staff
- Senior living, assisted living, or board-and-care administrators
- Care coordinators or referral partners
How Chaplain Support Is Provided
- Virtual support is the primary method of care
- In-person visits may be available by request only and subject to availability
- Visits may occur in homes, hospice settings, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, or board-and-care homes
- All visits follow facility policies, safety guidelines, and consent requirements

- Chaplain services are not counseling, therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention
- Chaplains do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
- Chaplain visits are not guaranteed
- Services are voluntary and may be discontinued at any time
