Begin Again Living Ministries provides chaplain services by request only as a limited extension of our primarily virtual ministry. Chaplain support is available to individuals, families, and facilities seeking spiritual care, pastoral presence, or faith-based encouragement during times of illness, grief, or transition.
All chaplain services are spiritual and non-clinical in nature.

When to Request a Chaplain
You may request chaplain support for situations such as:

• Spiritual support during illness or hospitalization
• Bedside prayer or communion
• Support during hospice or end-of-life care
• Grief and loss support for individuals or families
• Pastoral presence during major life transitions
• Spiritual encouragement for caregivers or healthcare workers

Chaplain services are intended to complement, not replace, existing care teams, local clergy, or professional services.

Who May Request a Chaplain
Chaplain requests may be submitted by:

• The individual receiving care
• A family member or legal representative
• Hospice or healthcare staff
• Senior living, assisted living, or board-and-care administrators
• Care coordinators or referral partners

All requests are reviewed for appropriateness and availability.

How Chaplain Support Is Provided

• Virtual support is the primary method of care
• In-person visits may be available by request only and subject to availability
• Visits may occur in homes, hospice settings, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, or board-and-care homes
• All visits follow facility policies, safety guidelines, and consent requirements

Important Boundaries
Begin Again Living Ministries maintains clear and responsible boundaries:

• Chaplain services are not counseling, therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention
• Chaplains do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
• Chaplain visits are not guaranteed
• Services are voluntary and may be discontinued at any time

When needs exceed the scope of spiritual care, referrals to appropriate professionals may be encouraged.

Cost of Services
Begin Again Living Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

• No chaplain services are contingent upon payment
• Donations are optional and never required to receive care
