Begin Again Living Ministries (BALM) is a faith-base Christian ministry. Since its inception on September 20, 1997, BALM's single most important goal is to spread the gospel to the ends of earth. Like the Apostle Paul, Christ's ministering servants are been called to traverse the four corners of the Globe to reach the unreached with the message of Hope a message which provides the balm for millions of wounded souls. As Jesus Christ proclaimed in His own words He is the only Way for all mankind, the Truth and the only one who gives eternal life (Jn. 14:6).
Chaplain Derrick Hall, B.Sc., CBC, CPE
Chaplain Derrick Hall is the speaker / director of Begin Again Living Ministries (BALM) for the past 20 years and has traveled and conduct medical missionary training classes, evangelistic series throughout the United States, Manchester, United Kingdom, Belize, Grenada and Jamaica.
He is also a certified Director of the Nedley Depression Recovery Program, He also has the following certifications, Lifestyle Counselor, Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Certified Chef, Group Exercise Trainer, Aqua Fitness Instructor, Wellness Coach, Health Coach, Nutrition and Weight Management Coach, Corporate CHIP Director & Lifestyle Coach, Cognitive Behavioral Coach, Mental Health First Aid Instructor and have worked as a Medical Exercise Specialist in charge of the world famous program, NEWSTART at the Lifestyle Center in Weimar, CA for 3 years, customizing exercises for their patient with chronic illnesses.
Derrick holds a degree in Computer Science, Business, Biblical Counseling, Theological Studies and Evangelism. He is a Gospel Recording Artist of 5 albums and authored 4 books. He's a well sought after speaker and is a happily married to Devaney of 18 years and together they have two daughters. Derrick is also a corporate chaplain and CEO of California Corporate Chaplains of BALM which serves the Placer and Sacramento County of small businesses and when time permits he serves as a law enforcement chaplain, specializing in Trauma Response and Crises for the Sacramento Sheriff's Department, Probation, California Highway Patrol and the Federal Bureau of Investigations known as the FBI. Chaplain Derrick loves working for the Lord, and with all these gift and talents, he's able to use each gift when called upon to use them.
